「랜덤 룰렛」(이하 "앱")의 개발자(이하 "개발자")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목 및 수집 방법

앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 이용자에게 이름·연락처 등 어떠한 개인정보도 입력받지 않고, 개발자의 서버로 개인정보를 전송하지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보의 처리 목적

룰렛 데이터·설정: 이용자가 만든 룰렛을 앱을 다시 열었을 때 보여주고 선택한 테마·언어를 유지하기 위해서만 사용합니다.
광고 식별자 등: 앱 내 광고 게재, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 클릭 방지를 위해 Google AdMob 이 사용합니다. 기기 설정에 따라 맞춤 광고 또는 비맞춤 광고가 게재될 수 있습니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

룰렛 데이터·설정: 이용자가 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관되며, 앱 안에서 룰렛을 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 즉시 파기됩니다.
광고 관련 정보: Google 의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보관·파기됩니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 게재를 위해 아래 서비스가 앱에 포함되어 있으며, 해당 서비스는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

룰렛 데이터 삭제: 앱 안에서 개별 룰렛을 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 삭제됩니다.
맞춤 광고 거부:
- Android: 설정 → Google → 광고 → "광고 개인 최적화 선택 해제" 또는 광고 ID 삭제
- iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 → 앱의 추적 허용 해제

6. 개인정보의 파기

기기 내 저장된 룰렛 데이터·설정은 이용자가 앱을 삭제하면 운영체제에 의해 즉시 삭제됩니다. 개발자는 별도의 서버에 개인정보를 보관하지 않으므로 파기 대상 서버 데이터가 존재하지 않습니다.

7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

개인정보를 개발자 서버로 전송·수집하지 않는 구조로 앱을 설계했습니다.
룰렛 데이터는 운영체제가 제공하는 앱 전용 저장 공간에 저장되어 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없습니다.
광고 SDK 와의 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 즉시 삭제하겠습니다.

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of the 랜덤 룰렛 (Random Roulette) app ("the app", "we") handles information when you use the app.

1. Information we collect

The app does not require an account or login, does not ask you for any personal information, and does not send personal information to any server operated by the developer.

2. How we use it

Roulette data and settings are used only to show your roulettes when you reopen the app and to keep your chosen theme and language.
Advertising data is used by Google AdMob to serve ads in the app, measure ad performance and prevent fraud. Depending on your device settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

3. Retention

Roulette data stays on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app; uninstalling deletes it immediately.
Advertising data is retained by Google according to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party services

We do not sell or share your personal information. The app includes the following third-party service, which processes data under its own policy:

Because Google operates servers outside your country, data may be transferred internationally.

5. Your choices

Delete roulette data by deleting individual roulettes in the app, or all of it by uninstalling the app.
Opt out of personalized ads:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or delete your advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off tracking for the app

6. Security

The app is designed so that no personal data is sent to the developer. Roulette data is stored in the app's private sandbox provided by the operating system, inaccessible to other apps. Communication with the ad SDK uses HTTPS.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 14 (or the applicable age in your region) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
